In addition to foundation training  in ballet, jazz, tap, musical theater, contemporary, and hip hop,  our company members will receive training focused specifically on tricks, turns, leaps, strength, conditioning, and flexibility.

We recognize the challenge dancers face trying to balance academic responsibilities, dance training, and family. We offer highly effective training condensed into less rehearsal hours during the season allowing  more time for competing priorities. Balance is the key!
